The sunset views were stunning, and the afternoon tea was lovely. Each serving is sized for one, with fresh, tasty food and a really cute birdcage stand. Highly recommend!

The bathroom had a slight pipe smell, which was the one drawback. Otherwise, this is a historic-style hotel with huge rooms, all of them suites with balconies. The staff were warm, thoughtful, and very attentive. Having breakfast outside on the balcony with the sea in view was amazing.

A quiet heritage hotel, with a light rail station just across the street and lots of historic sites nearby. The staff were helpful and nice, and staying here felt unique and lovely.

We got lucky and could even see fireworks from our room near the Tower. The view was great, and the bath facilities are what I'd especially recommend.

The room was comfortable and had a Jacuzzi, but the service was minimal for the price. Weekday nights are usually around $1800MOP, and the breakfast wasn't what I'd expect at a 5 star hotel. At that rate, I'd at least expect dinner to be included. You can get a room at the Venetian for half as much on a weekday.
