The team made our stay easy from start to finish. They picked us up from the airport in a professional, safe vehicle and arranged our early boat transfer smoothly. They carried every bag up the stairs, and helped us exchange currency at a rate better than the bank’s and get a local SIM with fast 4G. They spoke English well and explained everything clearly and kindly. The room was basic but spotless, with comfortable beds, fresh linens, hot water, shampoo, and towels. Breakfast was simple but fine for a quick start, and Ocean Bubbles café nearby had great coffee. Noomoo was a clean, well-organized stopover with good value and friendly service. If you want luxury or an elevator, look elsewhere.

The location was really convenient, right in the middle of the market and about a two-minute walk from the beach. The bathroom was clean, but both it and the rooms felt very old and basic. There was only a kettle in the room, with no tea or coffee, and no phone to call reception. For even a basic request, you have to go downstairs.

We got free transport to and from the airport, and the room was inexpensive, clean, and nice. The location was ideal, beside the public beach and near several cafes. The staff felt a bit odd, and the main guy who checked us in and arranged the airport taxi wasn’t very friendly. One minor oddity in the room was a small, closed bathroom window that let in kitchen smells and noise. It wasn’t a serious issue.

The manager’s response made me feel very unsafe, and this was the worst hotel experience I’ve had. I had paid more for a room with a balcony, but on arrival he said it wasn’t available because the hotel was fully booked. In the room I was given, the peephole in the door was damaged, so someone outside could look in at my bed. When I raised it, the manager called me spoiled and said nobody would look into my room. They did put tape over the peephole after I complained, but his customer service was the worst I’ve experienced. I wouldn’t recommend booking here, especially for women traveling alone.
