We were there for one day, and the staff were very polite and the hospitality was awesome. They helped us coordinate with the people at the other resort we were moving to the next day. Rooms were clean, though don’t expect anything lavish. A good budget option.

We booked all the rooms in this three-floor place for our family. It was clean and nice, with spacious rooms and polite staff. A good budget place to consider for a family getaway.

There were mosquitoes in the room and dead ones around the bed, which was really disturbing to see in a hotel. The smell when we arrived was horrible, and the walls and toilet were dirty and unclean. These weren’t what we expected. People look closely at the toilet when they stay somewhere, so I hope they improve the service. Honestly, it looked like they just wanted to get as many customers as possible right after opening. I won’t visit again, though I might after it improves.

The place wasn’t as luxurious as described. Dust was everywhere, the floors and beds weren’t cleaned, and the toilets were dirty. Water pressure was very low, and the air conditioning didn’t work properly.
