The setting was so beautiful that it felt like stepping into a fairy tale, and it showed us a completely different side of Malawi. My family and I loved being there. The staff were warm and welcoming, and both the food and service were incredible.

The garden was beautiful, and the house felt wonderfully peaceful. I enjoyed every moment there, especially the tasty food. The water at the Huntington house was amazing too, since it comes from a spring. Thank you.

The grounds were lovely, and we had a nice afternoon tea during our group visit from Blantyre. We also enjoyed walking around and playing croquet. The guided walk cost a lot, though. It would be nice if guests could explore the tea plantations without having to pay so much for a tour.

We didn't stay overnight, so I can't say what the colonial-style house is like. The grounds, set within the Satemwa Tea Estate, were beautiful. We had drinks on the lawn and joined a really interesting guided tour about how tea and coffee are grown and processed.

Those views were amazing, even though the place is a bit far from the main road. We went for afternoon tea and had to wait quite a while to be served despite booking ahead, which made us wonder what the reservation was for. The staff were really friendly, but the service wasn't great. The snacks were mostly good: freshly baked scones with cream and jam, sandwiches, and little biscuits. The cake was a bit dry, I didn't like the iced tea, and the hot tea we asked for never arrived. Such a beautiful spot😍
