The breakfast was filling enough to keep me going all day, and I paid 180 pesos, which felt well worth it. Staff even got up an hour early to make sure I didn't miss it, then had a taxi waiting because I hadn't thought to ask where the dock was. They were super friendly. I landed here on a last-minute whim after Playa Del Carmen turned cool and grey. I caught the 1430 bus to Chetumal without any plans, and luckily met a girl at the station who'd stayed here the previous night and explained how to find it. It's under a 10-minute walk from the bus station. It's a really nice, brand-new building inside, with a second-floor deck and a nice pool out back. The beds are hostel beds, but the place is clean and spacious, with free wifi, air conditioning, and a good-sized jacuzzi tub. I imagine the jets and tub are more for cooling off here. It looked inviting, but since I was the only guest that night, I just took a quick shower and got proper sleep with nobody else around. People often seem to stop in this town only when they're too late to cross the border. If you do stay the night, this is definitely the place to be. I hope it gets plenty of business and encourages the other hostels to raise their game.

I found it in a quieter part of the city, with an OXXO diagonally across the way for picking up a snack or drink. The dorm beds were super comfortable, the rooms had loads of storage, and everything was really clean. Breakfast is included, the wifi works great, and there's a great balcony too. Just an amazing hostel, definitely recommend staying here before anywhere else in the city.

The staff were friendly and really helpful, and breakfast was great. I wasn't sure whether Chetumal has a good area to stay in, but this spot seemed safe enough. The private room was beautiful and economical, with AC, and the price was good.

After a few days in the jungle, this place felt so nice. There was a small gym and table tennis, plus hammocks, a pool, movies, a computer, and even a bathtub. The beds were comfy, the staff helpful, and there was air conditioning, wi-fi, and use of the kitchen. Yummy breakfast, and cheap too.

The staff were kind and helpful, and breakfast was delicious. The rooms are big and spacious for an excellent price.
