We were three people, there for three days and two nights, and would definitely stay again. The location is excellent: two minutes from the cable car, by a parking lot and just a few meters from a little eatery with delicious food. The center is a five-minute walk, as are Palacio de Hierro, the Oritour, and everything else. The staff were always friendly, and they let us leave our belongings after checkout so we could enjoy a bit more time. Our room was clean and nice, with a working TV, fan, and lights. The bathrooms are shared and ours was far away, but it wasn't a problem. They were kept clean and had plenty of toilet paper and hand sanitizer. The shared showers had hot water, though it took a couple of minutes, and the pressure was a bit weak. Sometimes the lights went out while showering; they came back on when another person entered and triggered the sensor. The hostel should fix that.

The manager was incredibly rude and unpleasant. I rented a room with a private shower, but the hot water never worked. I left and requested my money back, but never got it. I've asked for a refund several times and heard nothing. It's been more than 10 days as of this post.

I didn't realize this was a hostel, and sharing bathrooms isn't something I like or find hygienic. Still, the location is excellent and very central, and the price was fine.

The beds were super uncomfortable, and the manager and receptionists provided awful service. We rented more than half the hotel, and everyone had the same complaints. There are so many defects that they try to charge you for them at checkout. The shared bathrooms are far away, and the lights go out, so you have to step out of the shower to make them come back on. There was no hot water, barely any water pressure, broken locks, a TV that didn't work, and no working internet. HORRIBLE!!!!!
