The room door didn’t feel secure, and I couldn’t lock it from the inside. My tea bags disappeared from the kitchen even though I was the only guest staying there. Renovations were going on, too. The owner was miserable and didn’t acknowledge the gifts I’d bought her as a peace offering, so I took them back and gave them to someone else. The manager charged me more than the advertised price and never returned my change. Terrible place!

For £14 a night or less, this is decent enough. It’s utterly basic, but it does the job if you’re a tired traveler watching your spending. Don’t waste much on this hole of a city ;).
