DON'T VISIT! We left a pair of glasses behind and called to ask if they were in the room. They lied and said they weren't there, then kept our belonging. It ruined my experience and trust. If you're okay with liars, go ahead and stay here.

I was truthful and very clear in my previous review. Now the hotel says I'm trying to make them look bad by posting from two accounts, even though I got my money back. The second account belongs to my son, who shares my name and has every right to speak up. Here's my reply to the hotel. Thanks for responding, but it's disappointing that your answer seems more focused on defending your reputation than taking responsibility for the serious problems I raised or addressing what guests experienced. To be clear, my son stayed with me and went through the same unsanitary conditions, poor customer service, and general neglect. He has every right to give his opinion as a guest. Saying we coordinated to “make you look bad” is wrong and just deflects from the real problems at your establishment. Yes, I was refunded. But I didn't get my time or peace of mind back, and I still had to scramble to find another hotel at the last minute. No guest should have to deal with that while traveling. A refund isn't a favor. It's the bare minimum when a hotel fails to meet basic cleanliness and service standards. Instead of hinting that guests are trying to damage your image, focus on fixing what's clearly broken. When multiple guests, including people in the same room, describe the same bad experience, the problem is the hotel.

It's an okay hotel, and there's parking out front. We had some trouble finding it, and it's on a really busy street.

I have a lot to say about this hotel. The staff aren't very welcoming, and there are only six channels available. The food next door is overpriced and tastes terrible. I definitely wouldn't recommend staying here.
