The new “cocos restaurant” has food that’s incredibly fresh, tasty, and well priced. Biulú is my favourite hotel in Huatulco, hands down. I’ve stayed at most of the well-known places here, including Secrets and Camino Real, and none comes close to the hospitality you feel as soon as you walk into Biulú. The hotels that cost three times as much don’t compare. I’ll keep coming back. Biulú feels like my second home now!

The staff are really friendly, and it’s easy to borrow towels. There are two pools for swimming, with food and drinks available beside them. Great location, too.

We were staying next door at Biulu Condo, which is associated with the hotel, rather than at the hotel itself. The service and cleanliness still went well beyond what we expected. Carla deserves a special mention for the exemplary service she gave us. Thank you!

I've tried several times to reach someone at this hotel about a stay from the end of January 2026 through the end of February. I called and was told someone would get back to me, but nobody ever did. I'm so disappointed.
