The kids were happiest at the pool, and breakfast was both tasty and inexpensive. We also really liked the bar staff, who were so friendly and helpful. Our room looked even nicer than it did in the pictures, and everyone at the hotel was great. There was a mix-up between our booking and the Booking site, but they quickly adjusted it to suit our family. After checkout, one of our golf cars stopped working. A staff member came to the rescue and fixed it, and even helped ease my friend's dengue anxiety. Definitely recommend!

The room was clean and fairly comfortable, though you can hear the outdoor AC fan when someone is using it. The pool was clean, the staff kind, and the bar food was good. The hotel is a little way from the island center, but close to the beach.

The beach is a block away, with soft sand, shallow clean water, though it can feel like a long block in the midday sun. The hotel itself is calm and pleasant for resting. It's away from downtown, so expect a lot of walking to reach good restaurants or grocery stores. The pool is small and the restaurant bar is basic. Keep your expectations to basic services and you won't be disappointed.

The staff were nice, the pool was pleasant, and the restaurant was good. The beach is a block away, though you'll need to pay for a chair or hammock there. WiFi was frustrating: it only worked in shared areas, and even around the pool it was intermittent. At the restaurant and pool deck it didn't work, so for practical purposes there wasn't WiFi, which was a problem when I needed to get some work done. Rooms have a fan and AC, and the shower is just a trickle through a conch shell.

A really pleasant place to stay, with decent-sized rooms and a comfortable bed. The staff were the highlight, always super helpful. Special mention to the three women working at the restaurant and bar, they were the best.
