Our apartment is bright and spacious, and it’s an easy walk to parks, shops, restaurants, and cafes. The building is very clean and well maintained, with round-the-clock security and a gym. Maintenance has been great too.

I want to warn people about what I believe was a scam by the owner of this apartment. I rented it through Airbnb for a month. The owner, Gerardo, asked for an amount that didn’t match the condition of the place, and I lost all my money and ended up without anywhere to live. The apartment was nothing like the listing photos. The furniture was damaged, the bed was broken, the place was dirty and untidy, and the bathroom smelled awful. The wall was very thin and the soundproofing was so bad I couldn’t sleep. I stayed only one day, then contacted the owner to try to sort things out. He canceled the reservation and left me stranded, like a homeless person. The address was Condominio Cine México Av. Cuauhtémoc 130, Doctores, Cuauhtémoc, 06720 Ciudad de México, CDMX, Mexico, apartment C202, floor 2. My review is honest, even if it isn’t flattering. This all looks like a scam to me, and I think he may be making money this way. Please be careful dealing with him.

The condo management is terrible. About 80% of the gym equipment is broken or unusable.
