The staff are nice, and there’s a gated entrance that opens when you ring the bell. But the place isn’t suitable for disabled guests: there are a few steps before the small lobby, and the only elevator broke down during my stay. I checked in Friday, and it stopped working Friday evening or Saturday, I can’t remember which. They wouldn’t have the part to repair it until Monday. I was on floor six, which is floor seven in Mexico, and was due to check out Monday. It wasn’t a pleasant situation. On Monday morning I called the lobby for help with my luggage. I felt sorry for the attendant, who must have had many hotel guests in the same predicament. There were two bottles of water in the suite on the first day, and you have to switch on the fridge yourself. I barely used the kitchenette, though the bed was comfortable. Given the elevator problem and how little I used the kitchen amenities, I’m unsure I’d stay again. For a more moderate price, I’d choose another place in Condesa.

If you’re looking for larger rooms and a kitchenette, this place works well. The location is great, but the building is a little old and could use some updating. It’s not a glitzy hotel.

The rooms are clean and standard, and I’d stay again for the price and proximity to attractions. The location is fantastic, in a safe, clean area close to parks, coffee shops, and restaurants. There’s no AC, but the windows open. Since we visited in December, it got quite cold at night, so we borrowed a space heater from the downstairs front desk.

I stayed one night on November 11th 2025 and left a black leather jacket behind. When I called after realizing, both the front desk guy and Lorena, the Manager, said nothing was in the room. There are hallway cameras, but they didn’t even try to check what had happened. I’ll never use this place again.

The neighborhood was a real highlight. I felt safe walking back late at night from about 20 minutes away, though being a man may have shaped that experience. There’s someone at the front door around the clock, which helped when I came back late. Inside, everything felt cozy, from the building’s decor and carpeting to the room itself. Check-in was easy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. My room was roomy and clean, with a sofa and chairs, a fridge that worked well, and a firm, supportive bed, a rare find even in fancier hotels. The modern fixtures were attractive and easy to use. The shower had enough space, and the big windows opened wide enough for a cross-breeze. There’s no air conditioning, which I knew when I booked and didn’t mind myself. People who run warmer might feel differently. There wasn’t a fan in the room either, so bring a hand fan if you need one. For me, everything else more than made up for that. I loved staying here and hope to come back when I can afford another trip. I had no complaints. Please give Condesa Suites Hotel a try. I hope this helps. I stayed March 22-24, 2024. I didn’t take any room photos to post.
