The price was the best part of my stay at Hotel Catalina. My room was spacious and clean, with the usual amenities. The hotel is tucked away from the busy streets, and the owner and staff were really kind. They even kept my bags after checkout while I went on a tour and had nowhere else to leave them. I had a very pleasant stay.

I got a lot for the money here. The room was large, with a huge double bed, and it was clean with a good shower. It's in Doctores, which isn't the nicest part of the city, but the centre is only a 15-minute walk away.

The room was clean, and it was cheap at $40.00 Canadian a night. Getting to the airport took 20 minutes in rush-hour traffic and cost 111 peso by uber. Comfort was another story. There was no AC, the windows wouldn't open, and our fan didn't work. The bathroom had a hole in the building covered by perforated metal for ventilation, so with the room on a main street, we could hear everything outside. The phone was no help either, only buttons 0 and 2 worked when I tried calling the holiday inn. We left before trying to resolve the fan problem with customer service. We like comfort, and this place is really just a bed and a roof if that's all you need. I'm not saying it's horrendous, but you get what you pay for. The holiday inn was $110 cad compared with $40.00.

Hello staff, I enjoyed my stay, but getting an invoice has been really frustrating. I contacted the hotel several times and got no reply. At checkout, I was told it could be sent by email. I also called Agoda, and they requested one for me, but still nothing. Could someone please get back to me? Thanks.
