Angel grew up in Mexico City and works as a tour guide, so he's a fantastic resource. He replies to questions within minutes and goes out of his way to make sure you're comfortable and enjoying yourself. The staff working with him are just as friendly and keen to make your stay the best it can be. The place is in the heart of Coyoacán, on a quiet street with 24-hour security, just steps from all the activity. It felt like a little slice of heaven. Our stay couldn't have been better. I stayed at the end of March 2023. If you want a room that reaches at least 90 degrees, a shower where you have to move around to get wet, and doors that don't lock, then this is the place for you. Just terrible. I booked through Airbnb, and the host seemed to have heard these complaints before. He didn't care and just said good luck getting your money back.

The sliding back door doesn't lock, which feels unsafe. Water from both the shower and bathroom faucet is only a trickle. Part of the living area roof is glass, so it's incredibly hot, and there's no AC. Getting to the place means using a ridiculously dangerous staircase. This is a horrible place, and I wouldn't advise even my worst enemy to stay here. I only gave it one star so I could post the review. If you go and don't like it, they won't give you a refund.

My family and I had a lovely stay. The place was spacious and clean, and communication with the host was brilliant. The location is amazing.
