Radisson Paraiso Hotel Mexico City

Clean, excellent hotel with friendly staff. They all speak English. No complaints, recommended!

The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were wonderful, always kind and ready to help with anything. I had a really great stay and will remember the service. Thanks so much, and I hope I can come back someday!

The stay was phenomenal, and we hope to visit twice again next year. The rooms were spacious, quiet, clean, and well maintained, with great Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. The showers had hot water and good pressure. Breakfast was fantastic, and the staff took our vegan needs seriously: they had almond milk and made us an extra plate of delicious roasted vegetables. The hot chocolate is so good. There's a walkway from the hotel across the street to the large mall. Our only real downside was how cold they kept the lobby. We also wish they used more eco-friendly shampoo and soap instead of single-use ones.

The only good thing was breakfast. The design is awful, so noise from the lobby carries through the day and night, and the furniture looks at least 20 years old. Our beds were uncomfortable. There was no hot water unless we called each time, the curtain was broken, and the coffee filter was dirty. The receptionist gave us wrong information and didn't seem knowledgeable. I've never had such a disgraceful hotel experience as a traveler. The list of problems is long, stay somewhere else and save yourself the headache.
