Good value for the money. It works well for visiting the museum or heading downtown, and even though it's right by a major motorway, it stays quiet.

The location was very good, but the early check-in caused a problem. I had asked in advance and was told it was possible, then found out on arrival that there was an extra 350 MXN, about 20 USD, that we'd never agreed on. Paying took two days because nobody seemed to know how to use the credit card machine.

Good for the price.

The room was comfortable, with a clean kitchenette, dining space and cooking utensils, and parking was straightforward, though you do have to leave your key. They were excellent when I arrived. There was no air conditioning, which was the only real drawback, but they lent me a fan.

Janeth was the most caring and empathetic person there. Huge respect to her, and thank you so much. The room itself was charming and suited what I needed, so that part was good and I'd recommend it. But the staff service wasn't good, especially from the older gentleman working overnight.
