The owner and staff are very friendly and accommodating, and the value for the price is amazing. They even let us keep our rented scooter or bike inside. They also provide free water, tea, and coffee, a fridge, and plenty of recommendations. Amazing accommodation.

Francisco helped me with everything, from tours and recommendations to ordering taxis. He even set up an Altar for dias de Muertos where guests could leave a photo of loved ones who had passed away. It was a really nice stay. If you're staying in Oaxaca, stay here!

Francisco went out of his way to make my stay enjoyable. The room was cozy, quiet, and comfortable, and I really liked this part of town. I had a great stay and will definitely come back. Highly recommend.

A roomy place for the price, with a helpful, friendly host. The shower started out cold, but they fixed it quickly. Really good value.

We liked the price and location. The room was basic but very clean, and Francisco was a friendly, helpful host. He also left us plenty of drinking water, which was a nice touch. The central district is quiet here, while Oaxaca's points of interest are all within walking distance. The one downside was the shower. The pressure was terrible, just a trickle, and the water wasn't very hot. If the shower had been okay, we'd have given it five stars.
