The night staff were the one saving grace. Otherwise, there was no hot water or toilet paper, and the room smelled bad. The woman on the morning shift was rude and gave poor customer service. When I asked for towels, she handed them over reluctantly.

There was garbage in the closet, the towels were worn, and we had no hot water. The room also stank of sewage. When the woman checking us in heard about it, she just replied, "That's how it is here..."

The morning worker was really rude and the service was awful. She starts trying to get you out before closing time.

For a single room they charge 650, yet there was no soap or shampoo and the towels were old. The TV was an old tube set with awful picture quality, and the door lock kept sticking. There was no hot water either. In the morning, a rude woman knocked at 11:45 AM, even though checkout was supposed to be noon. Terrible service. Maybe a customer service course would help; otherwise, fate will catch up with you.

The prices are good, the rooms are pleasant and have what you need for a good night’s rest, and the service is good. I also felt my car was safe in their parking lot.
