The location near the centre is the only thing I’d recommend. Staff were rude and service was generally poor, and they didn’t provide towels, soap, or toilet paper, all essentials. Their music was also very loud, so we couldn’t rest properly. I wouldn’t recommend staying here with family.
We booked two nights but have only spent one here, and already want to leave. Loud music from 4:30 AM made it impossible to sleep, and nobody at the hotel seemed to care that guests couldn’t rest. They clearly don’t care AT ALL about guests getting any sleep. Unbelievable and shameful. We’ll have to find another hotel today. What a disgrace.
There’s a street market on Saturdays, and they rent out rooms for people to sell things. From 4 am onward, the noise makes it impossible to sleep. The beds are very uncomfortable, and because they use a solar water heater, there’s no hot water until after 10 am. The place definitely isn’t cheap.
This isn’t a luxury hotel. The beds were just so-so, with basic metal frames. We got good blankets for the cold, but in our room the toilet didn’t flush properly and the shower water never got hot. The remotes they gave us weren’t even for the TV in the room.
The service was only so-so, and the beds were awful. Our room looked shabby and wasn't very clean. A really bad stay.
