The staff are friendly, and the rooms are pretty nice for the price. If you get lucky, yours might have a little balcony looking over the entrance you came through. It's also close to the popular attraction, so it's definitely worth a look.

The location is the one real advantage, but there are plenty of much better hotels nearby. The place feels extremely dated, like it hasn't been renovated in ages. We switched rooms three times before finding one with hot water, and even then the water came out with barely more force than a tap from above. Our friend's toilet wouldn't flush either. Looking intentionally old is one thing, but this just feels neglected.

The rooms feel old and do very little to block noise, though the price is fair for what you get. The hotel makes a good first impression, with an entrance hall that suits Puebla's historic center and a spot right by Puebla's beautiful zócalo. A decent budget option in the historic heart of the city.

The Art Deco building is beautiful, and the rooms have a colonial style. Some rooms are on the small side, and the included breakfast was a joke. The coffee was clear, though I can't say much for the rest. You can request a noisy or quiet room. The noisy ones are amazing if you like music, since street musicians start playing in the morning. The service was very good.
