The room was clean and the location was great. It was very quiet and peaceful, too. It turned out smaller than it looked in the pictures, but overall it was good.

The climb up and down the streets to reach the center is difficult, which was the one downside. We only stayed a day and had a room for six people. During that short stay, it felt comfortable and spacious, and the receptionist was very helpful. I'd recommend it.

We paid $1200 for a room with three double beds, which seemed like a standard price for the area. We found the hotel very clean, with no bugs or odd smells like at other nearby hotels. Mr. Reynaldo was super friendly, and the service and attention were both 10/10. It's actually a small place, which may explain why each room gets good attention, so don't be put off by the limited number of reviews. The location suits people arriving by car: it's on the edge of town, away from the center, with parking and a busy street of candy and blanket shops you can walk along. Parking is available two blocks away, though the lot is small, so keep that in mind if you have a large vehicle. There is an elevator, which is a helpful option for seniors and people with disabilities. Internet is available and works well in the lobby, but the signal doesn't reach the fourth floor. I'd recommend booking through the WhatsApp listed here or the hotel's Facebook page.

It was a quiet place, and we had a good stay apart from a couple of issues. The bathroom is very cramped for people with disabilities, and the air conditioning wasn't working. We also couldn't get anyone to answer the phone when we wanted to leave early, so we had to wait for someone to open the parking lot.
