We loved our stay. The pyramids are within walking distance, our motorbikes had safe, secure parking, and the rooms were very comfortable. The staff were super nice. Highly recommend it.

A beautiful view of the Pyramid of the Sun from the roof terrace, plus a spectacular mural of Quetzalcoatl, make this boutique hotel close to the Teotihuacan pyramids a real gem. What I'll remember most, though, is the kindness of owner Gabriela and her partner. They were so good to me, even helping me out of a touchy Uber situation. I'll never forget their warmth.

The owners and staff were amazing, friendly, and helpful. We had a fantastic stay at Teoti Querido, and booking the hot air balloon service through them worked out great. The apartment was clean and practical, with a rooftop view, and the piramides are an easy walk away. It's a great way to spend a day visiting the Teotihuacan archeological site. 10/10, we'll return.

The owners are a nice local couple, and the apartment itself looks great, with a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and a nice terrace view. But there was a strong sewage smell throughout the building. We noticed it outside as soon as we arrived and kept smelling it until check out. It isn't safe for your health.

The whole place felt spacious and was well decorated, and the rooftop patio was comfortable. In the mornings, the view of balloons over the pyramids, including the third-largest pyramid in the world, was incredible. The internet worked great, and both water temperature and pressure were good. There were some drawbacks: the stairs in Apartamentos A, B and C are steep and have no railing. Those apartments can only be reached through a sliding glass door in Apartamento 2 or by going up to the roof and back down the other side of the building. It's in a quieter part of town, far from the bus station, which made it harder for taxis to find, especially with Teotihuacán's rough cell service since they don't permit many antennas because of the pyramids. It was completely peaceful for our guests, though, and I heard no complaints from them. Gaby and Toño's hotel was a perfect fit for my 20 wedding guests for two nights. Three couples stayed in Apartamentos A, B and C, while four other groups had Apartamentos 1, 2, 3 and 4. Gaby and Toño showed us the place beforehand. The week before the stay, Gaby was in frequent contact with my wife and me to arrange hot air balloon excursions, breakfast prepared by a neighbor, and a contact to transport guests to and from our wedding venue. Those services all had a price, of course, but business is business. When guests arrived before us, they were there to greet them. They also gave us a taxi contact, helped serve the breakfast we organized, and brought extra water. I highly recommend the hotel. Book before the rest of the world finds out and it has reservations all year long!
