Holistic boutique hotel airam

Isaac was incredibly attentive to whatever we needed. The place is still developing, but it seems like it could become luxurious. There's a dock, water activities, a spa, meditation spaces, and more. The fish therapy was amazing, and it felt like just the right spot to relax.

Isaac, thanks so much for being such a welcoming host. The staff put a lot into looking after guests, and the food and drinks were beautifully presented. They make everything with care and offer lots of tempting choices. With the massages, meditation, and other relaxing amenities, this place is ideal for unwinding and heading home feeling refreshed.

Laura and Isaac were so kind and attentive to everything I needed during my stay. The lake views, pools, jacuzzi, temazcal, terraces, staff, and relaxation spaces are the best I've seen around here. It's an incredible place, and I'd highly recommend it.

Isaac, Laura, and Cristóbal were the bright spot. Cristóbal seemed to handle everything and still stayed positive, though it's obvious one person can't cover that many areas. The hotel itself feels neglected and needs serious maintenance and cleaning. Rain floods the clubhouse/reception, there are leaks around the property, and my room's air conditioning didn't work. There was no internet and the phone signal was very weak. I think internet should be standard in any hotel these days, whatever its category. The restaurant food was okay but nothing special, and the pools looked dirty to me. My bathroom door was broken too. For what they charge for the rooms, the place just isn't worth it. The service is good, but the price doesn't match what the hotel offers.
