After a terrible stay at another hostel, I was relieved to find casa Frida. It was clean, welcoming, and friendly, with hot water and good pressure. I showed up without warning and they had a room ready within minutes. The location is phenomenal, just a couple of blocks from the Main Street and right by the city center, where there are street and craft vendors and sometimes community shows. I was lucky to find it.

Everything is walkable from this little gem in the middle of Tulum, and the staff are so kind and sweet. I especially enjoyed a morning cappuccino with a ham and cheese sandwich. I’d recommend the hotel to anyone passing through Tulum.

Casa Frida is a beautiful place, and I’m so glad we picked it. The service was great and it’s close to everything. The tacos from the stand across the street were fire!

We stayed for a couple of days and felt relaxed and comfortable. The breakfast food in the lobby was delicious, and the staff answered our questions. Try the cappuccino, it’s great!
