The central location and friendly staff were good, but I've never had a louder place to sleep in all of Mexico. It wasn't traffic making the noise. The AC units just outside the window ran 24/7 and sounded almost like someone drilling into the wall. I also don't get why you have to leave your key when you go out for the day.

For the price, having three beds was pretty good. The internet coverage could be better, though. I only got decent service outside my room, and had to go down to the hotel lobby for a good connection.

For what it costs, it's a decent hotel. The lobby is large, and guests can park for free in the underground garage, which has about six spaces.

Tuxtla Gutierrez, Chiapas is a beautiful city to discover, and this is a great hotel for a trip for work, rest, or pleasure.

The room was dirty, and the shower didn't work very well.
