The workers were helpful, friendly, and well mannered, and it’s a Muslim-friendly hotel. We instantly fell in love with the place and, insha Allah, hope to plan another trip soon. Alhamdulillah, it felt like Allah’s rizq that we found such a superb hotel. It’s affordable and conveniently located near the toll exit and Lotus supermarket, with Alor Setar town about 10 minutes away.

Cockroaches were everywhere, even on the bed and my personal belongings. That’s completely unacceptable and shows a serious lack of cleanliness. I felt very uncomfortable and can’t recommend this hotel.

We came back from dinner to find four small cockroaches running around our third-floor room. There’s no lift. Lol, they still provided shower soap despite complaints that it was diluted.

The shower soap and shampoo were diluted, and the Wi-Fi in the windowless room was unstable with a weak signal.

It’s a new hotel and very clean, close to the toll exit. There’s no elevator. You need RM50 in cash for the deposit, but it’s refundable.
