Cockroaches were all over the room and bathroom. The room I was assigned was under the stairs, and there was so much detergent on the bathroom floor that I nearly slipped. I wouldn't recommend it, and it wasn't worth the money.

For RM73 a night, the room was a good deal and had plenty of space. Parkcity Mall is right beside it, with lots of restaurants nearby. The Wi-Fi was strong and steady.

The room was clean and well looked after, though only average in size. It cost less than other nearby places, and there are eateries, shops, and a shopping mall close by.

The main plus is how close it is to Park City Mall. There's no Wi-Fi, the TV only gets 4 Malaysian channels, and you have to walk upstairs because there's no lift.

Lots of useful places are close by, including a shopping mall, ATM, bookstore, cinema, 7E, and plenty of food stalls. A very convenient spot to stay.
