RumahKu Georgetown

Rumahku felt more like someone welcoming me into their home than just a place to stay. It was safe, peaceful and cosy, with a lot of soul. The host was one of the best parts, really friendly, quick to reply and genuinely helpful. The room was clean and had everything I needed. It felt homey without too much decoration.

The shared facilities made this feel like a home away from home: a full-size refrigerator, microwave, washer and dryer, purified water dispenser, and a comfortable lounge. It was a fantastic stay and excellent value for money. Definitely worth staying here. If we come back to Georgetown, I’d love to book for longer.

Joey brings such a warm, friendly feeling, and the place has a real family feel. I felt safe staying by myself. I slept well, even though I could still slightly hear the bars beating sound. After a tiring day, it didn’t affect me. I’d visit again, next time with my whole family. ❤

Joey was a kind and attentive host, and everything was walkable from the location. The decor is modern, the bed was comfy, the room very quiet at night, and we appreciated being able to use the washer and dryer for free. Water pressure and temperature were good too. Our room felt smaller than expected, and the bathroom is a small wet room. There’s no fridge in the room, but there is one in the shared kitchen downstairs. Think of it more like a room with a private bathroom in a historic house air bnb than a hotel. Good stay and excellent value.
