The floating breakfast was a highlight, both nicely presented and served right on time. We also had a full body massage that left me feeling rejuvenated. The villa facilities were new, spotless, and well kept, and the team provided genuine five-star service throughout. Arriving at the villa compound felt like stepping into another country, which was a lovely surprise in the Bertam area. From the welcome drinks and cold towel to the warm, efficient reception, everything started off so well. The butler service exceeded my expectations. We stayed for two nights, and I’m already looking forward to coming back.

The lagoon is enormous and gives you lots of privacy, adding to the calm, secluded feel. Our villa was unusual, spacious, and spotless, with a nice mix of comfort and luxury. From the start, the welcome was warm and relaxing, and the butlers were respectful, attentive, and professional about taking care of us. I stayed at Bertam Wellness Spa & Villas on 20 December, and found the atmosphere peaceful, just right for a wellness retreat and a chance to unwind. It was a memorable, rejuvenating stay. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for privacy, tranquility, and good service.
