RS Boutique Hotel Sdn Bhd

I could hear people outside because my room was right across from the lift, so it got a little noisy. The room was clean, though a bit small and slightly dusty. Otherwise, everything was okay.

The staff were friendly, and the place was clean and cosy. It felt worth the price. Nearby places are easy to reach by Grab.

There was plenty of safe parking, so it worked well for guests arriving by car. The view from the room was open and scenic, and the room itself was clean and spacious, with adequate facilities and even complimentary biscuits. The Wi-Fi did slow down now and then. This was my first stay with them, and I found it good value for money.

We had a good stay and would recommend the hotel. The staff were welcoming, and check-in and checkout were quick. Our standard queen room was a decent size, with basic amenities, and the AC and TV worked as they should. The elevators serve the guests, and there is public parking. The soundproofing was okay, though it could be better. The central spot in the heart of Kluang’s town made it easy to get to banks, eateries and convenience stores. At night, a security guard watches over the hotel. One thing to change: please don’t call guests in the middle of the night unless it’s urgent or an emergency.
