This place looked nothing like the pictures, and we hated staying here. The hallways and rooms were bare and dirty. Parking was listed as an amenity, but it wasn't included, and the receptionist did nothing when we raised it. The property is very close to a Mosque, so we were woken by the call to prayer early in the morning and heard it several times a day. The receptionist was extremely unhelpful and had no customer service skills. She told us at check-in about a 150 MYR damage deposit. We said we didn't have cash but could get some from an ATM on our way back from dinner in 30 minutes. She refused to give us a key or let us check in without paying first, so we rushed to an ATM and nearly missed our dinner reservation. It's worth paying a little extra to stay at one of the nice hotels down the street. I'd strongly discourage anyone from staying here.
