We had to change rooms the day after reporting the problems at reception. Room 2703 was acceptable, but the first room, 2709, left a bad impression and was well below the Ascott standard we're used to. In that first room, there was heavy dust in the bedroom, especially around the air conditioning unit, which was a serious concern with our 4-year-old daughter travelling with us. The shower had very low pressure and no hot water. The living room air conditioning barely worked, so it was uncomfortably warm, and the bed was quite firm. The hotel needs to improve its hospitality standards and staff responsiveness. The Guest Service Manager handled things very well, but we only met her at checkout. I think many of the issues could have been avoided if we'd spoken to her earlier. We're unlikely to return and can't recommend the hotel.

The pool looked dirty and poorly maintained while we were there, so we decided not to use it. Still, we loved the room: it was clean and spacious enough for our group of 7 adults and 3 toddlers, with room to spare. The location was perfect, just a walk from KLCC. Everything else was great! 😊

The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well cared for. I especially liked having a 24-hour convenience store downstairs, which came in handy late at night. The hotel spa was relaxing and well maintained, and the 24-hour gym made it easy to exercise whenever I wanted. Very convenient and comfortable. I'd happily return and recommend it.

The atmosphere at Ascott felt calm and welcoming. Staff were approachable, and the guests were relaxed and respectful, which gave the place a nice sense of community. Adam at the front desk stood out for being attentive, professional, and ready to help, so everything went smoothly from arrival. The unit had what I needed as a frequent traveler, including a washing machine and potable filtered water. Those little things made it easy to settle in and feel at home while on the road. The hospitality felt warm and thoughtful without being over the top. Ascott is somewhere you can live, recharge, and feel grounded while travelling. I highly recommend it for comfort, consistency, and genuine hospitality.
