Tasnim was really helpful when I couldn’t open my room. There’s also a place to leave heavy items for a while, which helps since stairs are used to reach the rooms. It felt safe overall, and the team gave great service. Housekeeping probably isn’t available unless requested, and the room condition could be better. Still, you get what you pay for, and it’s in a great location.

Most of the staff weren’t very friendly, but Omar and faeizh were. They were helpful and handled things with a smile. Omar in particular gave amazing, professional customer service, even at a two-star hotel. He was always at the counter when needed and made check-in and payment quick. The company should keep employees like him.

The room I was given looked nothing like the clean, beautiful and tidy one shown on Agoda. I’d chosen the place so my parents could rest, and I don’t expect a room to be a perfect match, but this was far from what a hotel room should look like. I think the good reviews are fake. I booked another hotel and cancelled without staying here. The hotel and its management were uncooperative and refused to refund me.

Shakiv was great, very friendly and helpful! His professionalism, politeness and willingness to assist made my experience really pleasant. He handled everything with a high standard of customer service and deserves recognition. I think a raise would be well-earned for his dedication and performance.
