Cheap, but I didn't get value for the money. The rooms were old and not very clean or hygienic. They were near the rubbish collection area at the back lane, with messy construction all around. Birds perched at the edge and made noise at night. The bath heater was broken, the soap for bathing was a very thin piece, and there was no water boiler for hot drinks. No toothpaste or toothbrush either. ....

0 star. Worst experience ever. I booked online and paid everything, but at check-in the receptionist asked me to pay rm299 more. A Bangladeshi. I called the police and they came. The receptionist then said the room was ready. When the police arrived, they ran upstairs. 6 Bangladeshis. Please don't stay here.

This hotel is actually a scam. I'd already paid upfront through agoda, but when I checked in, the Indian receptionist asked me for an additional tourist tax fee. The booking agency I used says everything is included in the price.

The staff were very rude, and the hotel refused to refund my money. They threatened and intimidated my friends. I plan to call immigration to raid the place and catch all the rude Bangladeshis. Worst experience ever. PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE OR BOOK HERE. THIS IS A SCAMMER PLACE.

Housekeeping hasn't been up to standard this year: the bedsheets were dirty, the floor dusty, the tables uncleaned and the rubbish left uncleared. Water on the 3rd floor kept getting cut off, though that was due to water works in the area.
