Don’t stay at or book with Mlh designer duplex suite. I’ve stayed there a few times, and they’re quick to collect the deposit but very slow to return it. I’ve had to chase them again and again.

I’m a resident here, and the security system is a mess. When I ask security staff questions, they don’t understand English. The parking access card still hasn’t been fixed after three months, but they keep charging the management fee every year. They take the money and leave the problem unresolved. Where does it go? A bad place to live.

They cancelled my booking without calling me, apparently just because I arrived late. I booked through agoda, where the stated check-in time was still valid until 11:59pm that day. I arrived a little after 6pm. They claimed to have used agoda for ages but didn’t seem to know how it worked. They relied on emails to justify what felt like an unfair decision. It came across as an owner who cares more about money than customers. Such a disappointment. Deserved no stars.

It’s new, with a modern shopping center right underneath and a direct MRT connection.
