The rooms are quiet enough for a good night's sleep, and the location is handy, near LRT Bangsar and within KL Sentral, with lots of food options and shops. The area gets crowded during the day. This is a co-living space now, not a hotel. LiveIn management was incredibly frustrating. They moved me between rooms four times. My original paid room wasn't available, and they only told me the day before move-in. If I'd known earlier, I wouldn't have stayed. Their replies to tenants are generic and don't show much effort to address individual concerns. The common areas, especially the kitchen, are dirty and smell bad. The complimentary cleaning was helpful at first, but it seems nobody maintains the place now. I only put up with it because it's close to my office. I can't recommend it in good conscience.

The price and location are good, but honestly, avoid this place if you're on holiday. The hotel is dirty, and taking the elevator makes that clear. There's a notebook on the reception counter with a much longer list of problems in the comments than mine. We stayed four nights and had to change rooms three times. After a long flight, we arrived to an empty reception and waited 30 minutes. We had to pay for the room, tourist tax, and a 50 RM deposit. The first room wasn't clean: sheets and covers were on the floor, and the bathroom had been used. We waited another 30 minutes for them to find and clean another room. It was midnight. Around 1 a.m., the receptionist knocked and woke us without apologizing, just to ask for a key the cleaning lady had forgotten. The next day the shower didn't work, so we had to change rooms again. Later, at 11 p.m. while we were sleeping, they called to ask if anyone had left a card in our room. They have a real problem with respect here.

I appreciated how calmly the receptionist handled my rant when they couldn't find my booking. He suggested ways to sort things out and calm me down. I just didn't like the room we were assigned. The bathroom wall was frosted glass, but still see-through. My fiance, my mother, and I were all in the room, which was really awkward. One of them had to leave whenever the other used the bathroom.
