Getting around KL was easy from this central spot, and the hotel service itself was good. But I was really disappointed by the room and how it was cleaned, especially the toilets. OYO, please take these complaints seriously and do random checks at this hotel and other places under OYO management.

The room smelled so bad that the odor got into our clothes, even though we had only left our bags in the storeroom before check-in. The walls had fungus and peeling paint, and a bathroom flush part had just been left on the floor. It felt uncomfortable throughout, and the room and atmosphere looked nothing like the supplied photos. Such a disappointing stay.

Don't expect much from the service or rooms. This is a budget hotel, and the room was only just okay for the price, but it didn't match the photo. They should tell guests in advance if WiFi or an iron isn't available, and treat people comfortably for what they're paying. I wouldn't really recommend it. It's not suited to families, and the view is just a creepy surrounding. Take your own risk and keep expectations low.

At the property they asked me to pay an extra RM20 for a room with its own toilet. The reception area didn't look good, and I didn't get as far as seeing the room. It hardly felt like I was in KL, or even Malaysia.
