Asia Premium Hotel Kuala Terengganu

We appreciated the hospitality and good service, and the Asia family junior suite was spacious, very clean, and high tech. It was comfortable for family travellers. KTCC MALL and plenty of restaurants are within walking distance. The only issue was not having enough space for dropping off guests or parking.

A good stay in a clean hotel with everything you need, including an iron outside the room. There’s a restaurant next door and a mall just behind it, KTCC, I think, though I can’t remember the name for sure. They required a RM50 deposit.

There are plenty of shops and places to eat nearby, and a restaurant right downstairs serves good food at fair prices until 1 AM without being crowded. The hotel is right in town, which made getting around Kuala Terengganu easy. My room was clean, comfortable, and felt new, true to the “Premium” name. I stayed one night and had a great time. The RM50 deposit was returned without any trouble when I checked out.

We booked well in advance on the hotel's own website and even called to confirm. When we arrived on the date of our stay, we were told the website had cancelled the booking, but we hadn't received any notice. After coming all that way, there was no clear solution offered. They told us to find another hotel ourselves. A really bad experience.
