Getting there by car is easy since the house is close to the main road. It has a shared-living-room, hostel-style setup, with guests renting bedrooms and sharing the furniture and appliances. The Selangor room had plenty of space, two ACs, a water heater, clean sheets, and towels. Check-in is self-service: they text you a lockbox code, and the front door uses a digital lock. The kitchen has a shared fridge but no stove or cookware, and the washing machine is reserved for cleaning staff. Parking is the main drawback, with only about five spaces, if I remember right, for all those rooms.

We only stayed one night before going to Pulau Redang the next day, and the parking inside the compound was plentiful. Our five-bed room was spacious, with a large attached bathroom, and the two ACs kept it comfortable through the hot night. It was also easy to get to nearby places like malls, food spots, the library, and the beach.

The location is the main plus. Service was just so-so, and I’d only stay here if I couldn’t find another place. For the price and facilities, it’s hard to recommend since you’re not allowed to use most of what’s there. They should add a microwave and TVs in the bedrooms.

There’s a shared area with a sofa and TV, a large fridge, iron and ironing board, Wi-Fi, and unlimited Coway drinking water. Parking is inside the compound. The property is a large house divided into rooms with private bathrooms. My room was comfortable, and the staff were helpful. Since I was arriving at night, they called to ask my arrival time and sent the self check-in details. It takes about 15-20 minutes to get to Pasar Payang, so it’s worth it if you have your own car in Terengganu.

Clean and tidy, and I enjoyed my one-night stay. Check-in was easy, with shops and food stalls nearby. A really nice place.
