There's a free water dispenser downstairs, and the aircon worked well. The room and bathroom were okay, but there was no hot shower and the TV still didn't work after they said a technician had repaired it. No breakfast, though there are eateries nearby. The hotel is close to malls, while getting to the city centre takes a bit of walking. You can hear traffic from the busy street. Not bad, but not great either.

We booked three rooms for the family, and they were clean with working air conditioning, flat-screen TVs, and hot-water showers. It was simple, but had what we needed for sleeping at night while we spent the days around kuantan. Parking was easy, and the location is in the middle of kuantan city. There's also a 24-hour laundry nearby. Good value for the money.

The management lady was friendly and helpful, and the staff were good too. The rooms were clean, but could really use a proper one-time deep clean to feel better. It's simple accommodation, so don't expect too much for the price. Fine for a day or two. There's a laundry shop close by with washing machines and dryers, good prices, and a wash and dry takes less than an hour. Tourists still have to pay the Touristic Tax when they arrive, even if the booking was all inclusive.

The location was okay, near east coast mall, and the price was relatively cheap. Still, budget rates don't excuse lousy hygiene: there was hair on the bed and a big stain on the pillowcase. I was given a second-floor room, which was a pain with two kids and lots of stuff to carry up the stairs. If you need a ground or first-floor room, you may need to put that in as a special request when booking.
