10/10
There are plenty of food stalls nearby, and the homestay is close to a doby, grocery shops, and Kulim town. The place was clean and comfortable, and the owner was cheerful and really nice. I was very satisfied.

I wasn't comfortable in the room at all. The beds were very thin, and this was the worst hotel I've seen in my life.

8/10
There are lots of places to eat close by, and the price is good. The mattress is really hard, though.
