At night the room had a strange, unsettling atmosphere that made the stay unpleasant. It also wasn’t well maintained, and the missing washbasin was a serious inconvenience. For what it cost, it wasn’t worth it. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

The service was really bad. I’d booked already, but when I arrived they said there was no room and sent me to another hotel that was far away. The rooms had no air conditioning.

The rooms were really comfortable, the staff were very helpful, and the environment was perfect.

There were water disruption problems, and the cancellation and refund took too long. Management didn’t respond to my calls or emails about cancelling and getting my money back.

The air conditioning didn’t work, and I regret the beds.
