If you want to wait 10 minutes for a lift every time you go up or down, this is the place for you. Don’t call a Grab until you’ve managed to get a lift out of the building.

This four-bedroom Deluxe Suite was a good place to stay in Malacca. It was my boyfriend’s family’s first trip to Melacca, and they were impressed with the residence and its surroundings. The place was very clean, the facilities and amenities were excellent, and popular attractions were only a few minutes away by car. There was an ant in one of the bedrooms, but the owner was very nice and helpful and dealt with it quickly. They were also ready to answer our questions so we could collect the keycards and check in successfully.

The river view from our room was lovely, and we had a good stay with the family. The unit had plenty of equipment and was in a handy spot without being in the middle of the crowds. Just be ready for the car park on the 7th floor, it's definitely not for the faint-hearted.

The owner was friendly and quick to help, and the place was clean and close to shopping. We booked through Airbnb and found the room supplied with kitchen utensils, cutlery, and a washing machine. For the price, the facilities felt complete, including the swimming pool on the 9th floor. I'd stay here again on a visit to Mallaca.

I booked through Agoda and arrived late, around 11pm, but the management still helped me check in. The place was really clean and spacious enough for six people. The price was reasonable too.
