Purest Hotel Sungai Petani

The food was delicious, and the rates were very reasonable even during Chinese New Year. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help during my wonderful 3 days and 2 nights here. There was a problem with the air conditioner, but the team quickly moved me to another room without any hassle. This was my second stay, and I’m happy with the service. I’ll definitely come again.

The breakfast buffet had plenty of choices, and everything tasted good. The room and bathroom were spotless and smelled nice, the ironing board and iron were in perfect condition, and the bed and pillow were comfortable. We slept well. There’s also a self-check-in kiosk, which makes arrival easier when it’s busy. I came with my mother, who uses a wheelchair, and there was a ramp. From arrival through checkout, the concierge, bellboy, reception, F&B, and cleaning staff all greeted us warmly and helped without hesitation. Everything went perfectly. Even some higher-star hotels don’t have a spread like this. Kudos to the management and staff. I’ll choose this hotel again.

A convenient location and cozy, quiet rooms made for a relaxing stay. The lighting and atmosphere were just right, and the hotel felt like good value for its rating. I’d have liked a few more breakfast choices, though.

The room faces the aircond compressor units, so the noise and vibration made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.
