Don't let the photos fool you. The rooms aren't necessarily bad, but the service is hard to forget for the wrong reasons 🙄 😒. The staff are nothing to write home about. The manager seems like a good person, though, just one good person among...

My real rating is a big fat zero. I had a reservation at El Elyon Hotel and arrived shortly after midnight, only to be told to find another hotel because they had no rooms. They sent me away past midnight even after I showed my confirmation. Worst experience ever!

The rooms are neat and cozy, but they need to improve their power supply so the water heaters can be used. Having to ask for hot bath water feels absurd these days.
