The rooms are plain and a little dated, but very clean, with a thorough clean every day. Reception and breakfast staff were attentive, kind, and really helpful. For the money, it’s hard to ask for more in such a lively, central spot. I’d pick this place every time I came back to the city.

The view was outstanding, and breakfast had a good variety of food. I was struck by how gorgeous the room looked when I walked in, and the hotel’s decorations were lovely too. This may be the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. I’d definitely recommend it to tourists visiting Amsterdam.

The location could hardly be better for centraal, and the little street keeps noise down. There’s breakfast available and service around the clock. Good room, friendly staff. Really good hotel.

If, like me, you barely spend any time in your room, this is a great value option. The rooms are simple and basic but clean, and the hotel even has breakfast and an elevator. The location is amazing, close to the central station and dam square. Highly recommended.

Breakfast had plenty to choose from: cereal and milk, breads and spreads, meat, cheese, fruit and fruit salad, along with tea, coffee, and juice. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were nice, and the staff were friendly with someone at reception 24/7. We enjoyed our stay at Hotel De Koopermoolen. The modern bathroom had some mold, though, and its broken shower door let water run onto the floor. It’s a convenient and comfortable hotel, and I’d stay again.
