The apartments look attractive and are fairly nice, but I’d be wary of renting here. There are mice, along with several other safety concerns. The landlord has kept the deposits of everyone who has stayed there, including my partner, without any reason that we know of. The apartments are also allegedly rented illegally: the city hall lists them as offices, not homes. There used to be many negative reviews, but somehow they were removed. Since entry is by keypad rather than keys, the landlord may also prevent you from getting in for no apparent reason, as happened to my partner. You could end up losing thousands of euros.
