We were out walking 8-10 miles most days, and so much of central Amsterdam was close enough to reach on foot. Amsterdam Centraal was handy too, so getting to other cities was easy. The room is small and cozy, which worked for us. We wanted somewhere comfortable and convenient, not upscale or five-star. If that’s what you’re after, this B&B was great for us, and I’d happily stay again.

The Saturday market and pleasant neighborhood were a nice part of our stay. Our room was compact but comfortable and had what we needed, and the breakfast at a nearby café was very good. I’d definitely recommend Mercedes BednBreakfast.

We could walk around the city center from here, and shops, a supermarket, bars, and restaurants were only about 30 seconds away. Even with all that nearby, the room stayed quiet. It was cozy, and the bed was really comfortable too. I’d choose this place again if I return to Amsterdam.

The room was clean, and communication with the hosts was good. We had a lovely stay at this B&B. It’s a cosy spot in the city center, with lots of attractions in walking distance; public transport is close by for the places farther out. A great pick for a few days exploring Amsterdam 🙂
