Franz was such a wonderful host, I’d give him 10 stars if I could. The rooms were beautiful, with amazing decor and style, and the whole place felt like the Hilton Hotel even though it’s a B&B. It’s perfectly located for metro connections and the airport. Franz made me feel at home and looked after, and even provided vegan breakfast options. Thank you so much, Franz, you’re the best! ❤️🌷

Franz does a superb job, with great service and a generous, tasty breakfast. He also helped me out and suggested places to visit. The location is ideal, about a five-minute walk from the nearest subway station, then 20 minutes to Centraal Station. There’s a supermarket right next to the subway station. The rooms are modern and always very clean, with daily cleaning, and the bed is incredibly comfortable. Simply the best place to stay in Amsterdam.

I booked and paid well in advance, on 04.07.2025, for one night on 27.09.2025. Today, just one week before the stay, I was told the reservation had been canceled, with no explanation. I can only speculate that it might be because there’s a concert at the nearby AFAS Live arena that day. The inconvenience and lack of transparency merit one star from me. If I don’t get a refund, I’ll have a letter from my attorney.

The rooms were very clean and nicely furnished, and the breakfast was generous with lots of choices. Service was perfect. I can only recommend staying at this B&B.
