Novotel Amsterdam City

The breakfast went beyond what I expected, and the room was comfortable and quiet. The facilities were spotless, and the whole team made me feel welcome with warm, professional service from the moment I arrived. The location was perfect for getting around the city. My stay at the Novotel Amsterdam Europaboulevard was incredible, a definite 10/10. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed the sauna and had some wonderfully relaxed time here. We've stayed at many Novotel hotels, and this has been the best one so far. The hotel facilities are really good, and the surrounding area is nice, with lots of public transport options and an easy trip to the city center. Breakfast had a great variety, dinner at the restaurant was very good, and the Caesar salad was the best we've ever had. We also liked the pizza from the bar.

We ended up stranded in Amsterdam for five nights because several flights were cancelled, and had a nice stay in one of the hotel's executive rooms. It was spacious, just as described, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Both the airport and city center are easy to reach. There's a train station, metro station and tram stop nearby. The airport takes just 12 minutes to get to, and the city center about 30 minutes.

The breakfast area for diamond members was nice, and Rosa was very hospitable. The hotel is big, with a nice sauna and gym. The room's TV was poor, with no Netflix option. My executive suite was noisy because of the aircon, lifts and water system. The queen bed was made of two single beds, so you couldn't use the middle without falling into the gap.
